1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once payment is processed.
Yearly Subscriptions: Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided no listing has been made.
After this period, no refunds will be issued.
2. Repair Service Bookings
Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled time: Full refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of service time: 50% refund.
No-shows or service already rendered: No refund.
3. Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted but service was not activated, please contact us within 3 days for resolution.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to 📧 info@onesolutionpoint.com with your name, registered email, transaction ID, and reason for refund.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
